Where to begin

Open the main guide first. Read the full introduction before jumping to the protocol. The introduction explains why the sequence matters and what to expect in each week.
Source your ingredients before Day 1. The guide lists everything you need and where to find it. Most items are available in any Nigerian market or African grocer in the diaspora.
Do not stop any prescribed medication abruptly. The protocol is designed to work alongside your current medical management. The guide explains how to reduce dependency gradually as your stomach responds.
Begin the Stress-Stomach Reset Guide in Week 2. Not Week 1. Let the main protocol establish itself first. The stress guide compounds the result, it does not replace the foundation.
